**HOTEL STYLED ROOM AT TEEGA SUITES PUTERI HARBOUR**
I am owner and have a few rooms to rent out.
The monthly rent are as follows:-

MASTER ROOM : 1 Female *$800.00
NORMAL ROOM : 1 Female $1,000.00

**TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

1) I am not able to provide any commission for agents, but you are free to recommend your friends for free.
2) Welcome Malaysians and Expats that will be staying long term which valid visa of more than 1 year.
CONTRACT PERIOD
3) Min 12 month contract.
WORK
4a) Good for tenants that work with an MNC in Medini, Legoland, Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Puteri, Nusajaya.
4b) HR Letter / Employment Contract/ Pay Slip will be verified to proof your place of work.
4c) Min 1 month deposit is required for panel list of companies or 3 months deposit for non-panel list.
THINGS U CAN SHIFT IN WITH
5) Your clothes and MAX two luggage bags as its a fully equipped serviced SUITES.
5a) All personal items must be stored inside cabinets given.
5b) Cannot shift in your own cabinets, bookshelves, drawers, pianos, fridge etc into the Ser. Apt.
COOKING
6) NO HEAVY COOKING ALLOWED

MAX OCCUPANCY
7) MAX 1 person in a room. Max 2 in Master room.
Per Apartment Max 2 or 3 persons which means more privacy as owner, myself I won't be staying there.

8 ) ALL BEDSHEETS, PILLOWS, PILLOW CASES AND BLANKETS ARE STANDARDISED LIKE A HOTEL STANDARD.
PLS DO NOT USE YOUR OWN SHEETS.
Towel and Clean Sheet with be provided monthly WASH FOR YOU LIKE a HOTEL,
but you need to lay it yourself I dont have the manpower to do it !
PANTRY AREA
9) ALL CUPS, PLATES, BOWL, SPOON, FORKS ARE PROVIDED WITH PANTRY, MICROWAVE.
Please DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN as all items are standardized like a hotel.
If you use your own items do not store it at the pantry, put it inside your room, inside your the cabinet.
SECURITY SYSTEM
10) CCTV MONITORED AT ALL HALL, DINNING, WALK WAY AND PANTRY KITCHEN AREAS.
NONE IN ROOMS. MAKE SURE THAT THE UNIT IS IN SHOW FLAT CONDITION AT ALL TIMES.
HALAL FRIENDLY
11) MUSLIM FRIENDLY. Please make sure Halal food is consumed as THE PANTRY IS SHARED.
DUTY ROSTER
12)THERE WILL BE INSPECTION ONCE A MONTH TO MAKE SURE ALL CLEAN STANDARDS ARE KEPT.
I will wash the bedding once a month (Towel, Bedsheet, Pillow case) and you need to lay the bedsheet yourself.
You need to clean the unit based on a roster.
STORAGE POLICY
13)This is not a place to stored your things, Please only bring your clothes, computer and no other items.
14) All items must be inside your own wardrobe.
15) All hangers are to be the same color and model. Reimbursement to purchase this item is available.
I AM LOOKING FOR PEOPLE THAT CAN TAKE CARE OF THE PLACE SO THAT'S WHY THE RENT IS EXTREMELY LOW AND SUBSIDISED.
