Eligibility to apply for HBTP Membership to be entitled to Free usage of HBTP Serviced Bedspace
1) Membership fees vary and an Offer will be sent to your email AFTER your interview with us.
2) Membership prices ranges from Php 6,000 to Php 15,000 and Rm 1000 to Rm 4,000 per month.
3) Must be employed by an employer that is located within 15 mins walking distance or within 7km from our facility locations.
4) HBTP Membership services will verify your employer details which may include a visit your work location.
5) Must be Non Smoker, Non pet owner.
6) Must pass the membership interview process, get local manager's recommendation and get HQ approval.
7) Probation period is 1 month in which a maximum of 3 warnings before immediate termination should members breach any the cleanliness standards or facility usage guides.
Terms and Conditions :-
1) Members must be on the "active' and "good standing" status in order to be eligible for the FREE usage of our accommodations.
2) HBTP Global Membership must be kept on active status by paying for it within 7 days at the beginning of each month.
3) A Membership deposit of 2 months is required before using our facilities.
4) Approval must be obtained should members want ot transfer to another location subject to availability and surcharges.
5) Must follow all guides and report any incident of other members not following it.
6) We reserve the right to terminate any membership.

Dryer Washing Machine Guide
- Must clean the lint after every Drying cycle
- Must use only liquid detergent, max of 45ml per wash cycle to be used, so as not to make the machine overflow. No powder allowed.
- After the wash cycle is completed you must remove your clothes to dry (within 10mins)
or set the machine to dry cycle, as other need to use it.
- Do not leave your clothes inside longer than 10mins. Set an alarm clock so that you know when to return to the machine.
Kitchen Standards Guide
- Only use our cups, plates, bowl, pans etc, if you need to buy any items you must let us know first. We will buy it for you.
- Wash after use.
- Open kitchen windows, on hood when using the kitchen. Off after use. Close room doors when cooking.
- Wipe and clean kitchen top and cabinets if its oily after use.
- Store all item inside cabinets. No item should be placed outside (visible).

- Off Aircondition when going out of the location eve if for 10mins. (ie. youre going downstairs to meet your friends for coffee).
- Off all lights and fan when not in use.
